The organisation believes in supporting its members to engage in sustainable and profitable agriculture. In so doing it skills youth to participate actively as farmers, tree nursery bed establishment and management, spray men, food producers, coffee growers, and baristas , extension and advisory workers as well as providing farm support services to farmers at a fee. This has proved to be one way of providing gainful employment to the youths.
We proactively engage our target communities (with specific focus on youth and women) to join universal access to reasonably priced financial services. This entails inculcating the culture of saving, investing, borrowing and insurance and the related aspects of financial literacy.
